With only six donning steps,
the Essex Crewmember PBE is the quickest donning PBE
on the market. The PBE goes on in seconds. The Essex
PBE can be stowed in a combination stowage/mounting bracket (models
MR-10042N, 46NS, 46NY, and 49N). This stowage configuration
eliminates the steps of first removing the PBE container stowage
container from a separate mounting bracket, and secondly prevents
leaving an empty stowage container in the aircraft which may impede
crew and passenger evacuation.
