(PBE) is designed for flight crews in accordance with FAA Action Notice
A 8150.2 and SAE AS 8047. The Essex Crewmember PBE meets the performance
standards of the FAA Regulations part 21, Section 21.305 (b) and Technical
Standard Order (TSO) C116 & C99.
